Returns & Exchanges

 

OUR POLICY:
We accept exchanges and returns on full priced items. We just need the goods back in their original condition: Not worn, washed, used or altered. The hygiene sticker has a little message - "Don't put your box on the bits, til' you know the bits aren't going back in the box" - keep that in mind before removing this seal :)
On sale items can be returned for an exchange in size or style to the same value however cannot be refunded. 
If you decide that you would like to refund or exchange for another style, make sure to organise your return within 30 days. After that period we cannot accept returns or make refunds. Just to note, we don't cover the cost of the returns to us. 
 
THE PROCESS:
To organise your return or exchange email us: hello@ryeswim.com in the subject line please say 'Return'. We will send you a form to fill in, this will have a unique number for you and a few questions to help us to better help you. Add this form to your parcel, and post it back to us. It's important to note that we can't be responsible for lost items in the post, so it's best to get your parcel registered with a tracking number.
